The food served during breakfast and dinner was exquisite, and the free shuttle into town made it easy to explore. I also appreciated the variety of yukatas available to wear. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist whenever needed.
The lack of communication between the staff and guests was a bit difficult to overcome at times. the smaller size of the bath at the hotel was slightly disappointing.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and took care of our needs throughout our stay. The service was exceptional.
While everything was satisfactory, the hotel could consider providing a slightly smaller portion of rice in their breakfast.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a traditional Japanese ryokan style. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully designed rooms on the second level, to the shared hot spring baths that were conveniently located nearby. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options provided, with a delicious spread that included less rice than expected, allowing me to try different dishes.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The baths were nice and we had them all to ourselves. The food was delicious and very filling. Additionally, the location provided a nice view of nature and was easy to find with Google Maps.
The experience fell short due to the time restrictions. The dinner cut-off was too early, and the room lacked a coffee maker or hot water dispenser. Furthermore, the staff was not very hospitable to guests with a limited understanding of Japanese. It was a disappointing Christmas at this hotel.

Nestled atop a scenic hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the town and the onsen areas. the shared area and the room are adorned with elegant traditional Japanese decor. the service is friendly and top-notch. Breakfast features a wide range of delicious Japanese dishes. the massage chair near the mens bath is a perfect way to end the day.
The hotel's strict schedule and inflexible shuttle service can be a bit inconvenient for travelers who want to explore the town's nightlife.
