The food served during breakfast and dinner was exquisite, and the free shuttle into town made it easy to explore. I also appreciated the variety of yukatas available to wear. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist whenever needed.

The lack of communication between the staff and guests was a bit difficult to overcome at times. the smaller size of the bath at the hotel was slightly disappointing.

The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options provided, with a delicious spread that included less rice than expected, allowing me to try different dishes.
